I'm Lynne Walley and I have been working as an Executive Coach and Leadership development expert for many years.

I am a qualified business coach and psychometric administrator and seen as a catalyst who is passionate about people development and innovative in designing programmes for organisational change and support.

Business coaching is at its best when working with organisations to facilitate change, support staff, address leadership styles and develop staff at all senior levels to achieve real business results.

I work in a range of sectors including local authorities, the NHS, the Church of England, Housing Associations, and Independent School sector (HMC and GSA) as a preferred supplier.
